The project leader of Co-design your place is the Stable Foundation (Fundacja Stajnia). The project is implemented in partnership with UAL: University of the Arts London and Student & Innovation House from Copenhagen. Activities are covered by the Erasmus+ program, Key Action 2: Strategic partnerships. Cooperation for innovation and the exchange of good practices in youth operations.
