Presentation part with elements of workshop work with participants. What is the service? What is innovation? What is Design Thinking and Service Design? What might the design process look like?

Overview of the selected design tool - customer journey map
On the basis of, for example, a written map of the customer's journey, participants will be able to see and experience the benefits of a solution designed in this way.

Workshop part
Based on work in working groups, where participants will prepare a map of the customer's journey based on a case study prepared by us or selected by the group
